The Karnataka high court will deliver its verdict on Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s petition challenging Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot’s approval for an investigation into his alleged misuse of power in the MUDA site allotment case. An interim order preventing action against Siddaramaiah remains in place until the decision is announced. Both sides presented their arguments before Justice M. Nagaprasanna.
