Mumbai, Feb 5 (IANS) Automobile major Eicher Motors on Friday reported a 52.4 percent rise in its consolidated net profit for the calendar year ended December 31, 2015.
According to the company, its net profit during the calendar year under review stood at Rs.1,069.5 crore from Rs.701.7 crore earned in 2014.
The company’s total income from operations augmented by 36.5 percent at Rs.11,923.8 crore from Rs.8,738.3 crore on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.
Eicher Motors’ consolidated net profit during the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q4) rose by 71.7 percent to Rs.310.7 crore from Rs.181 crore clocked for the like period of 2014.
Total consolidated income from operations during the Q4 increased by 44.6 percent to Rs.3,316.6 crore from Rs.2,293.8 crore from the corresponding quarter of last year.
